BHB Property Management is a family owned and operated company offering no-nonsense Property Management at a reasonable rate. BHB Property Management currently manages over 80 residential properties. We know what an Owner expects from our service. BHB is a DBA of the parent company The Burton Company established in 1977.

As a pioneer in Real Estate, Betsy was one of the earliest women to break into the RE world. She started working for Lampliter Realty as the only woman sales agent in the company and soon became the top producer. After starting a co-op with other RE Brokers, Betsy and her husband Dean started The Burton Company (RE Sales) and soon thereafter BHB Property Management in 1977. With a lifetime of knowledge and expertise in all aspects of Real Estate Betsy is called upon by many of her peers for guidance and wisdoms.

Bob started working in the construction business in 1975. In 1984 Bob started working for BHB doing all aspects of construction and tenant improvement projects. In 1992 he became a licensed General Contractor and has held the same B license number ever since. He started working in the office in 2004, became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2005 and took over management operations in 2010. Teaming up with our office management staff to provide the best customer service in the business.

Awnalee started working with BHB in 2008. She has been managing the office and assisting Betsy with all aspects of the business in sales and management of real estate, including contract writing and statement reviews. When BHB started using Appfolio she took it upon herself to get to know the program to become the in-house virtuoso. Awnalee is continuing to upgrade the efficiency of our Appfolio property manager program by staying current on new features as they are added.

Marilyn began bookkeeping in 1979 for her family’s corporation, which is still in business today. She knows real estate as an owner of several rental properties and as the bookkeeper for BHB since 1998. Her knowledge of tax law is kept sharp by the work she does for CPA Enrolled Agents. Her motto is “To the penny!” She is available to explain an owner’s accounting at any time. Timely and accurate services to BHB’s clients are Marilyn’s highest priorities.
